How can I get a Refund?

NOTE: In 99% cases - an issue may be resolved with a simple email. We request that you reach out to us using our "Contact us" page. Our Customer Service Department will get back to you within 24-48 (usually less than 24 hours) with a review of your concern, and a solution.

Requesting a refund is a simple process.

1. Check if you are eligible for a refund in our refund policy.
2. Complete a refund request form.
3. Expect an answer from our billing team representative within 3 business days.

* In cases, when you are unable to reach an agreement with our stuff, you may consider requesting a refund through PayPal Buyer Protection program by opening a dispute.
