Refund Policy is an addition to ToS and is designed to described the way Freegram handles the refunds for payments from clients.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Freegram.

We offer non-tangible irrevocable goods. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any product/service at our site.

Contact Customer Support

99% of problems can be solved with a simple email. We request that you reach out to us using our "Contact us" page. Our Customer Service Department will get back to you within 24-48 (usually less than 24 hours) with a review of your concern, and a solution.

Eligible Refund Requests

  • Non-delivery of the product/service: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your order to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Please provide clear evidence that you have not used similar products or services from other providers simultaneously. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Department within 14 days of payment via Refund Request Form.

  • Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Billing Department within 14 days from the date of the purchase via Refund Request Form. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product/service is not as described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

  • Client wishes to cancel recurring payment of product/service and is within 7 days of the last payment. If a request is made for a refund after 7 days the customer is not eligible, and a cancellation will be completed on all future billing. The customer may continue to receive the service until the end of their billing cycle, or opt for immediate halt of the product/service. Please "Contact us" if you wish to change your subscription.

Not Eligible Refund Requests

Social Media Services are unstable by definition, as the service is built upon a dynamic environment. As Social Media Networks are centralized and separately operated organizations, their activity in unpredictable for Freegram operations. Some of their activities may cause partial or complete disruption of results reached by Freegram.

  • Freegram will not provide a refund for any of its services that have been disrupted, deleted or corrupted due to the updates or any other activities of the network owner or operator (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Freegram will not provide a refund for any of its services that could not have been delivered due to any kind of restrictions caused by the client.
  • Freegram will not provide a refund for any unauthorized transaction(s) for the amount of which Canadian Corporations are not liable by the Federal Law.

We stand behind our products and are proud to deliver the highest quality social media engagement services online today. We can't always offer a refund, but if within 30 days you're unhappy with your order simply contact us and we will find a resolution to your concerns.

Please note: we make every attempt to process the refund request as quickly as possible, however some financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
